P & C Roofing, Inc. is a very service oriented company. One of P & C's very
knowledgeable estimators will come out to your home or place of
business to give you a free estimate no matter what the size of
the job. Skilled professionals will sketch the roof and give various
recommendations as to what needs to be done. In many cases a new
roof may not be needed. Our honest sales people will make sure
that you are pointed in the right direction, whether you use our
services or not. We do everything possible to make sure the
customer is satisfied. Repairs are often taken care of in a quick
visit by a skilled mechanic. P & C also can clean out gutters
and downspouts as well as perform other minor roof maintenance
projects. For customer convenience, P & C accepts credit cards
as well as other traditional forms of payment. At P & C Roofing, Inc. our customers come first.
Shingles,
Slate and Tile
P & C offers shingles, slate and tile both commercially
and residentially. We have a variety of styles and colors
to choose from. Shingles come in 3-tab (smooth) and architectural
styles (textured). Both styles are available with 25, 30, 40, 50
year and lifetime warranties. Slate and tile are available in
many different colors and styles.
Siding
& Soffit
Siding is also another one of the services that we provide.
We offer both vinyl and aluminum siding in a variety of different
colors.
EPDM
(rubber) Roofing
EPDM roofing is currently the most popular type of roofing
that we offer. EPDM roofs can be guaranteed for up to 20 years.
In comparison with built-up and modified roofing systems,
EPDM roofs are the most cost efficient under most circumstances.
There are three different kinds of EPDM roofing systems:

- Mechanically

- Totally
adhered
Built-Up
Roofing Systems
Built-up roofs can be guaranteed for up to 25 years. Built-up systems
consist of a number of plies of glass felt attached together by
asphalt. In some applications the roof is topped with gravel. P
& C has applied built-up roofs on many commercial and industrial
buildings in our area.
Modified
Roofing Systems
Modified roof systems combine glass felts topped with a cap
sheet (smooth or granule surfaced). Modified systems can be
hot, cold or torch applied. Modified applications can last
as long as built-up systems.
Metal
Roofs
Metal roofing has become very popular in the past 10 years.
The nice finished look of a sheet metal roof is very aesthetically
appealing. Metal roof styles include flat, ribbed, and standing
seam.
Sheet
Metal
We are able to form all types of metal edgings, copings, gravel
stops, flashings and trim in our top notch sheet metal shop. We
can form these metal edgings in aluminum or stainless steel and in
various colors, gauges and finishes.
Waterproofing
We also install below grade and plaza deck area waterproofing.
